Groups — archive

A selection of groups, circles and workshops I have facilitated so far. They are not active offers; they show the themes, languages and forms from which today’s practice grew.

  1. New Moon Workshops — group archive image

    New Moon Workshops

A monthly series of personal development and creative workshops built around the meeting of the inner world, body, nature and relationship. We worked with living plants, soil, flowers, clay and other natural materials, alongside meditation, movement, relational communication, psychodrama and symbolic creation.

Themes: The inner garden · relationships and new beginnings · creativity and personal power · the dynamic between self and others · reconnection with the soul · resources and plans · women in community · the heart–Earth connection.

Participants left with more room for self-listening, expression and reflection, as well as handmade objects — terrariums, mandalas, kokedama, clay pieces and plants — that continued the group process symbolically.

  2. Ongoing relationship counselling group — group archive image

    Ongoing relationship counselling group

A group devoted to the real relationships of daily life. I used ESPERE® Method tools, working with both relational communication concepts and situations brought by participants.

Themes: Important relationships · self-relationship · relational hygiene · asking, receiving and refusing · couple life · adult–child relationships · separation and grief · body, emotions and somatisation · dreams, wishes and plans.

Participants gained practical tools for communicating more clearly, recognising what is happening in a relationship and taking a different position in conflict, closeness, separation or change.

  3. Meeting yourself — group archive image

    Meeting yourself

A personal development series for women in which Classical Psychodrama, the body, movement, music, art and nature became different ways to explore the same inner world. The journey moved through the inner world, protections around the heart, the female family line and the four elements: Earth, Air, Fire and Water.

Themes: The inner world and underground waters · Walls of the heart · Meeting the women ancestors · Woman of Earth · Air · Fire · Water.

Participants left with a deeper understanding of their own story, contact with less accessible inner resources, and the experience of exploring through body, role, symbol and creation.

  4. Meeting yourself — communication and relationships — group archive image

Meeting yourself — communication and relationships

Monthly workshops on relationships and communication, built around the ESPERE® Method and real situations from participants’ lives. Relational concepts were explored through examples, exercises and tools for daily life.

Themes: Relational hygiene · messages that nourish or pollute · moving beyond reactivity · couple life · love · relational needs · intimacy and vulnerability · emotional dependence · adult–child relationships · changes after a child arrives.

Participants gained clearer language for what happens in relationships and practical tools for asking, refusing, listening and setting boundaries.

  5. SUUNA LUUNA — New Moon Circle — group archive image

SUUNA LUUNA — New Moon Circle

A monthly circle that continues today, shaped by natural rhythms, women meeting one another and time devoted to self-listening. Each gathering begins with a New Moon theme and brings together meditation, breath, somatic practice, plants, reflection and sharing. The circles are co-facilitated with Maria Magdalena Asaftei and Romina.

Themes: Femininity · relationships · emotions · body · nature · cyclical life · beginnings · personal transformation.

The circle offers a regular rhythm of return to oneself, room for reflection and expression, and continuity within a community of women.

  6. Experiential Vision Board — group archive image

    Experiential Vision Board

Two editions centred on dreams, wishes and personal direction for the new year. The vision board was not simply a collage, but the outcome of exploration through meditation, reflection, body, emotion, psychodrama and creation.

Themes: Wishes and intentions · purpose and direction · what to keep or change · resources · turning a wish into a concrete image · the relationship between desire and choice.

Participants left with greater clarity about wishes and priorities, and a personal visual object to recall the directions they chose.

  7. Boudoir Magic — group archive image

    Boudoir Magic

Two experiential gatherings devoted to the body, the senses, creativity and women meeting one another. Less about “learning something” and more about living, feeling, creating and attending to parts of oneself that daily life often leaves out.

Themes: Femininity · body · sensuality · pleasure · presence · creativity · intimacy · symbol and personal expression.

Participants received time and space for themselves, connection with their bodies and other women, and a symbolic object made with their own hands.

  8. Body, relationships and transition after 40 — group archive image

Body, relationships and transition after 40

A body of work for women moving toward menopause, developed through workshops in Claudia Buneci’s Pofta de Viață community and in-person meetings in Bucharest and Brașov. It begins with real bodily changes and extends to identity, relationships, food, boundaries, sexuality, shame and the inner critic.

Themes: My body as mirror · physical and emotional hunger · identity and roles · courage and shame · the body in transition · giving, receiving and eating · asking and refusing · sexuality · the inner critic · changing relationships.

Women can gain greater clarity about the changes they are living, a different relationship with their bodies and more freedom in renegotiating boundaries, roles and relationships.

  9. Emotions and relationships — group archive image

    Emotions and relationships

Two experiential workshops on how emotions, messages received throughout life and personal patterns shape present relationships. We worked with tools from the ESPERE® Method and Classical Psychodrama, beginning with concrete situations.

Themes: Emotional bridges — building healthy relationships · The inner critic — turning judgement into compassion · relationship maps · boundaries · relational hygiene · early experiences and adult relationships.

Participants left with a clearer understanding of relational patterns and practical tools for communication, boundaries and more balanced relationships.
